Here is the Innoson IVM Fox presented to
the overall best graduating student of Imo State University (IMSU)
|
Dr. Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR, popularly known as Innoson, the
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Innoson Group has been inaugurated as the new chancellor of Imo State University (IMSU) during the 7th
Convocation ceremony. Dr Innocent's nomination was made by
the Executive Governor of Imo State, Anayo
Rochas Okorocha, as the Chancellor of the University. The nomination,
according to the tenants of National Universities Commission (NUC), was
later approved by the Senate and ratified by the Council of the University and presented during the 7th Convocation ceremony. Dr Chukwuma who
equally accepted his nomination, was installed during the convocation
ceremony. In his acceptance speech, he expressed his desire to bring his wealth of experience
to the University. Furthermore, he also said that he will help to make
the University achieve its noble vision. Dr Chukwuma equally awarded a brand new Innoson IVM Fox to
the overall best graduating student of Imo State University, Dr. John
Ekenze , who happened to be a medical student. The Car was awarded and presented to the awardee at the IMSU convocation
ceremony. With the award, John Ekenze automatically became the first Official Brand Ambassador of
Innoson Motors. The ceremony was attended bythe immediate past
Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi as well as the Nnewi Nwelu Mmadu, HRH, Igwe Kenneth
Orizu, CON.
