Ayade appoints 28 Commissioners
There seem to be a growing trend amongst our new leaders to assign a post of appointment to themselves in office. Since President Muhammadu Buhari appointed himself as the petroleum minister, which was greeted by different reactions from commentators and social media users, other governors have taken their cues from his decision. The latest in line is the governor of Cross River State, Prof. Ben Ayade,who assigned portfolios to 28 Commissioners today being Friday and assigned himself to Ministry of Culture & Tourism.These are the commissioners and their respective ministries as announced today:
