The search for oil in the north eastern part of Nigeria has formally commence today. This is coming barely two
weeks after the group Managing Director of NNPC, Maikanti Baru,
disclosed that President Buhari who has shown much passion in the project, had ordered the corporation to intensify
its search for oil in the North East region. As a result of this, oil explorers and their
machines have landed the region and have commenced the searching for oil which is the most valuable natural resource in Nigeria today.
