While countries in Africa are till waiting for the arrival of the new
year, millions of people around countries in tthe world have welcomed
the arrival of 2016 with parties and fireworks,
Samoa and Kiribati were the first countries to usher in 2016 followed by
Australia and New Zealand which put up an impressive fireworks display, reported to
be the biggest in the city's history.
Nigeria will welcome hers at 12.00 AM, which is just few hours from now.
